About the position
The App Product Manager will develop features and expand product for #1 Fertility Tracker in the US, working directly with CEO and CMO. You will be responsible for developing and implementing features and the future vision of the Mira fertility App. This role will focus new feature research, design, and leading development. Strong experience in consumer health, telemedicine, and content/health plan-focused apps is required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews and surveys, conduct industry landscape research and competitor research, analyze the data, propose and evaluate new App features
- Develop financial model and evaluate commercial opportunities
- Research and design new features in the directions of subscription models, third party product integrations, consultations etc.
- Design and/or work with the UX/UI designers to design user journey and flows
- Conduct user testing and improve the design
- Form and lead new App feature projects, plan the project timeline, push for execution, and lead cross-functionally, with a sense of urgency
- Works closely with the development team, holds weekly sprint calls, answers their questions, sets priority, and pushes for execution
- Design and verify new feature roadmap, align the plan with the company strategy and business model roadmap
- Follow the design control process to prepare product documentation for regulatory purposes
- Work with analytics and A/B tests, generate reports periodically
Requirements
Must have
- BS or MS in product management, App design, or UX-related majors
- 3+ years of experience as a consumer health App product manager
- Must have experience and vision in consumer content-related App designs
- Great communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- The strong logical thinking process
- Structured and organized
- Be able to design processes and push the development with the developers’ team
- Strong market and competitor research skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work cross-functionally with the marketing, product management, sales, and development teams
- Strong UX design skill
- Startup experience
- Strong project management skill
Nice to have
- Experience with class 1 and class 2 medical products
- Experience to manage the design team
Details
The role is a remote position, with 20 hours a week to start, and will move to a full-time role.
