Logistics Manager (global) – Part-time for a start

Responsibilities:

– Manage all Mira’s 3PL warehouses in the US, UK, Holland, France, and Australia
– Optimize, open, and replace these warehouses to fit best with the customer needs and cost-saving
– Find a warehouse/plant to accept Mira returns, design simple refurbishing/repack SOP with Mira’s manufacturing team, run the financial model for cost-benefit analysis, and implement the return management strategy

Requirements:

– Extensive experience in managing the logistics function in a startup company
– Very familiar with the 3PL warehouses in the US, EU, and AU
– Very familiar with the export/import, and international tax/duty
– Logical and rational, use a financial model to determine the best cost-saving strategy
– Growth mindset, clear and concise communication, basic project management skill
– Some experience in manufacturing and quality is a plus
