E-Commerce Procurement Manager – Supplements, part-time

We are looking for a highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to assist the company in finding partners for launching new products and maintaining existing relationships. The sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include sourcing goods and services at competitive prices and providing support in product supply from manufacturing to packaging aligned with a budget and requirements (internal, regulatory, quality, etc.).


  • Understand the company’s requirements and needs by carrying out thorough research
  • Be responsible to source and delivering the best products in terms of designs or unique products on time and implementing stringent quality standards to ensure quality products.
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
  • Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
  • Create sourcing reports and documentation
  • Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Manage the sampling and product approval process.
  • Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
  • Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
  • Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing.
  • Work closely with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely delivery of products, replenishment of stock, re-orders, and ensure the products promoted are available with vendors.
  • Working with legal counsel to ensure that suppliers are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement supplier agreements/contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach an agreement on contract terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with inventory management and merchandising team on reordering of fast-moving products, returning non-moving products, etc.
  • Identify ways to reduce costs and devise plans of action that are focused on creating greater efficiencies, economies of scale, and better quality products.
  • Evaluate risks and adopt risk decreasing methods to minimize them
  • Manage timely deliveries and determine the quantity
  • Be aware of the latest market trends and industry


  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sourcing processes for medical, wellness, beauty fields (physical products).
  • Packaging experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented abilities
