At 38, my journey to motherhood has been filled with challenges and heartache. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years, experiencing multiple miscarriages and unsuccessful pregnancies. The struggle has been immense, but we remained hopeful. We’ve faced two miscarriages, numerous unsuccessful IVF rounds, and recently, I discovered I have endometriosis through surgery 2 months ago.

Schedule NowHow Mira Helped
I decided to use Mira to confirm that I was ovulating and releasing an egg, as well as to determine my usual ovulation period each month. By tracking my hormones with Mira—LH, E3G, and PdG—I could see my ovulation patterns and peak fertility days, which helped us time our intercourse perfectly.
Other Methods Used
In addition to using Mira, I underwent IVF and took Clomid. I also had fertility treatments, took various medications, underwent lab testings, and had regular OB/GYN consultations. I also used other fertility trackers to increase our chances of conceiving.
With the combination of these methods and accurately timing my peak fertility using Mira, we were finally able to get pregnant this time. Mira has been instrumental in helping me understand my body’s rhythms and aiding us in achieving our dream.
Advice for Others:
My personal advice to others struggling with infertility is to listen to the experts but also take your health into your own hands. Learn as much as you can for yourself through the Mira app and research. Learn about your body and connect with others going through the same thing.
