We started Mira because we want to help women with their fertility journey, empower them with the best technology and information, and help them to reach their fertility goals.

Many women face fertility challenges when they try to start a family. The younger generations now have much more delayed maternal age than their parents. The lack of awareness and information about our own fertility levels gives women tons of guesswork during their trying-to-conceive (TTC) journey. In the US, 40%+ TTC couples took longer than three months to conceive.

About Role

We are looking for a Pinterest marketing expert to drive highly targeted traffic and sales to our Shopify store. We have aggressive revenue and ROAS targets so we are looking for an individual that is highly performance driven.

As a femtech company, experience in health, beauty, or medtech industry is a plus.

Daily Tasks:

  • Grow and Manage Paid Pinterest Ads channel
  • Organic profile optimization
  • Create new product pins / blog post pins / rich pins
  • A/B test new content, creatives, infographics, landing pages, and pin variations
  • Create rich pins and optimize Lead Magnet Pins
  • Content Curation
  • Managing Group boards and Tribes
  • Managing and maintaining Pinterest Content Calendar
  • Weekly and Monthly analytics to improve paid and organic pinning strategy
  • Prepare ad reporting and readouts

This contract position could lead to long term management of our Pinterest social media account.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of both the Pinterest Paid Ads Platform and Organic Pinterest Optimization.
  • Experienced in copy-writing, with market research or graphic design.
  • Analytical mind-set and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Passion for data analysis, internet marketing, entrepreneurship, and startup culture.
  • Graphic Design Experience as plus – Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
  • Experience with Tailwind


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years of Social Media Marketing for a consumer facing brand.
  • Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in Pinterest Paid marketing. (Provide links to profiles as examples and explain)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
