About the position
We are looking for fertility coaches to join our ranks at Mira Hormone Health Clinic. The ideal candidate is experienced in treatment infertility, including diet changes, supplementation and hormone tracking.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their fertility goals, challenges, and medical histories.
- Develop personalized coaching plans that address clients’ emotional, physical, and informational needs.
- Provide support and guidance on fertility awareness, including tracking ovulation and understanding fertility signs.
- Offer information and support regarding fertility treatments and options, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
- Support clients in making lifestyle changes that may enhance fertility, such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
- Facilitate support groups or workshops for individuals and couples experiencing fertility challenges.
- Maintain client confidentiality and provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to share their experiences and emotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fertility research, treatments, and practices.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Certification from a recognized fertility coaching or counseling program.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a coaching, counseling, or healthcare role, with a focus on fertility or women’s health preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathy and support.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of fertility treatments, reproductive health, and holistic wellness approaches.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with hormone trackers.
- Experience with stress-reduction techniques and mindfulness practices.
- Familiarity with nutritional and lifestyle approaches to enhancing fertility.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Details
The role is a remote position. It is up to you how you want to shape your own availability schedule. Please be aware that majority of sessions is held with US based clients.
