About the position

We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to lead and execute our researches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare research and collaboration with research partners. They should also be able to identify opportunities to conduct research that demonstrates the strategic value of our products to our business partners.

Tasks to start with (proposal):

  • Be familiar with the fem tech industry. Identify opportunities and research ideas that emphasize product value. Turn them into research ideas
  • Execute on the research ideas by formulating the study protocol, execute the study, collect and analyze the information, and write white paper and reports
  • Identify opportunities to conduct research to show the product strategical value to our business partners
  • Engage with the business partners to negotiate the contract, formulate the study, manage the study, write for a publication or product application
  • Research, analyze and summarize research ideas from the market and competitors
  • Conduct user surveys and mine the data to find research insights and put together industry reports
  • Brainstorm topics with marketing, content, user experience departments, conduct internal studies, and prepare short reports for publish for consumers and pitching to mass media
  • Design the trial protocols, coordinate the trials
  • Publish the studies to peer-reviewed journals
  • Evaluate our source quality and data accuracy, and proactively help to identify and raise research-related issues

Requirements

  • Medical degree or PhD in health sciences or equivalent.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills for effective articulation of findings and strategies.
  • Deep expertise in women’s health, including hormonal health, fertility, and menopause.
  • Understanding of testing protocols used in fertility treatments.
  • Experience drafting or working with clinical trial protocols.
  • Understanding of product commercialization through clinical trials.
  • Extensive experience in formulating, executing, and publishing studies independently.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic vision for identifying study topics that enhance product value and partnerships.
  • Extensive experience in engaging and leading research partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data collection, summarization, and synthesis.
  • Strong analytical thinking for advanced synthesis and expertise in specialized research tools.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment with innovative research approaches.

Details

The role is project-based with opportunity to transit to full-time within 4-5 months.
