About the position

We are looking for Sales Development and Operations Intern to assist the sales team with special projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in prospecting activities, including lead generation, research, and outreach to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and current information. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
  • Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Support order processing activities, including order entry, verification, and tracking. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the sales team. Contribute ideas and solutions to address challenges and drive results.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional setting.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.

Details

This is a remote Intern role, with a potential conversion into part-time position after successful internship. The internship is unpaid.
